Warehouse Operative – Permanent (Night Shift)

Location: Andover

Hours of Work: Sunday to Thursday, 8pm – 6am

Salary: £32,000

We’re recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives for a well-established client in Andover. This is a hands-on, physically demanding night shift role supporting next-day deliveries through accurate picking and safe loading.

Key duties of a Warehouse Operative

• Picking stock for next-day deliveries
• Loading vans/lorries
• Packing stock
• Carrying out stock counts
• Quality checking products
• Operating manual handling equipment
• Moving company vehicles around the yard as and when required

What you’ll need as a Warehouse Operative

• FLT licence desirable (Counterbalance and/or VNA)
• Experience working within logistics and warehousing
• Loading vans/lorries with an understanding of safe loading/weight distribution
• Comfortable with manual work and working in a small team
• Full UK driving licence (required) to move company vehicles around the yard as and when needed
