Van Driver / Warehouse Operative – Andover

£27,000 per annum + profit-related bonus (paid twice yearly)

Full-time | Permanent | Free on-site parking | 28 days holiday (incl. Bank Holidays) | Early finish friday

Our client based in Andover is looking for a Van Driver / Warehouse Operative to support a busy warehouse and despatch operation. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties with local deliveries/collections.

Hours:

Mon–Thurs 8:00am–4:30pm (45 min lunch)

Fri 8:00am–3:30pm (30 min lunch)

What you’ll be doing

• Picking and packing orders for dispatch
• Loading/unloading vehicles
• Local deliveries & collections and completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Stock checks and booking goods in (with support/training)
• Bagging down bulk stock and assisting with kitting
• Working to Health & Safety and quality standards (ISO)

What we need from you

• Warehouse experience and comfortable with regular lifting/manual handling
• Reliable, organised and able to work to deadlines
• Good basic IT skills (Microsoft Office) plus solid literacy/numeracy
• Team player with a proactive attitude

Driving requirements (essential)

• Must be aged 21+ (insurance purposes)
• Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 points

Nice to have

• Counterbalance/Forklift licence
• Knowledge of ISO systems
