Warehouse Operative – Night Shift – Permanent

Location: Andover

Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 8pm–6am

Salary: £32,000 (plus quarterly discretionary bonus after probation)

We’re recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives for a well-established client in Andover. This is a hands-on, physically demanding night role supporting next-day deliveries through accurate picking and safe loading.

Key duties of a warehouse Operative

• Picking stock for next-day deliveries
• Loading vans/lorries
• Packing stock
• Carrying out stock counts
• Quality Checking Products
• Operating Manual Handling equipment

What you’ll need as a Warehouse Operative

• FLT licence desirable (Counterbalance and/or VNA)
• Experience working within logistics and warehousing
• loading vans/lorries with an understanding of safe loading/weight distribution
• Comfortable with manual work and working in a small team
• Full UK driving licence
