What you'll be doing:
• Assisting with all aspects of vehicle preparation and refinishing
• Learning to prepare panels and work with various substrate materials
• Applying foundation coats, fade outs, and “blow ins”
• Gaining experience in applying tri-stage pearlescent finishes
• Supporting the team in maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Contributing to a positive team environment with a can-do attitude and flexibility
