A rapidly growing and highly innovative consumer products company is seeking a Marketing Associate to join its collaborative Marketing & Communications team. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented marketing professional looking to gain broad exposure across content marketing, digital campaigns, CRM management, social media, event coordination, and marketing operations. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, supporting brand growth, and ensuring campaigns and projects are delivered with excellence. This role is 5 days in office - there is no possibility of remote or hybrid.
THE ROLE:
• Manage website content updates, blog publishing, and ongoing CMS maintenance.
• Draft, edit, and proofread marketing copy across digital, email, social media, and promotional channels.
• Create visual marketing assets using Canva and similar design tools.
• Support SEO initiatives through content updates, optimization efforts, and performance reviews.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all published content.
• Maintain digital asset libraries and marketing inventory.
• Manage CRM records, contact lists, segmentation, and data integrity.
• Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns, tracking engagement and performance metrics.
• Coordinate social media content calendars, scheduling, and community engagement activities.
• Assist with event planning, trade show logistics, vendor coordination, and production timelines.
• Compile marketing reports, maintain budget tracking, and support campaign performance analysis.
• Manage marketing requests, project workflows, and calendar coordination.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time and aligned with business goals.
YOU:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Specialist, or Marketing Associate capacity.
• Experience within consumer products, beauty, wellness, healthcare, manufacturing, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with SEO, analytics, and marketing performance reporting is a plus.
