A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Benefits Manager to own and elevate its U.S. benefits function. This is a newly created, high-impact role offering the opportunity to build, streamline, and enhance benefits programs across a growing organization. This is an individual contributor role working a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of U.S. benefits programs, including strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization
  • Lead end-to-end open enrollment, including planning, communications, system coordination, and execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related matters across the U.S. population
  • Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and external vendors, ensuring strong performance and accountability
  • Partner closely with Payroll, Finance, and HR to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Design and deliver effective employee communications and education to increase awareness and engagement
  • Support benefits-related processes including leave administration (e.g., FMLA)
  • Develop and execute a forward-looking benefits roadmap aligned with organizational growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or total rewards within professional services
  • Strong background in managing end-to-end benefits programs, ideally in a stand-alone or highly autonomous role
  • Experience overseeing programs for a mid-sized employee population (approximately 500–1,000 employees)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and broker relationships, including involvement in renewals
  • Bachelor’s degree required
