Butcher

We are currently recruiting for a Butcher, for our client in Leighton Buzzard, who specialise in wholesale supply of hand cut beef products.  

Shift & Pay Details:

Pay: £14.50 per hour

Shift pattern: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 07:30 – 16:30  

Location: Leighton Buzzard

Key Responsibilities of a Butcher:

·       Processing mince meat

·       Organising the walk-in fridge

·       Handing 25kg boxes

·       Operating packaging machines

·       Stock Taking

·       Assist in the preparation of goods ready for dispatch

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Time management

·       Trained butcher with experience

·       Able to work in a colder environment

·       Flexible with working hours if needed

·       Strong knowledge in food safety
