Fresh Produce Warehouse Operative

Salary - £12.71 – £13.21 per hour

Shift Pattern – 5 out of 7 days (may include the weekend)

Location – Bicester

Duration – Temp to Perm / on going

Role of a Fresh Produce Warehouse Operative

• Unload containers safely and efficiently, handling items up to 12.5 kg
• Inspect and sort produce on arrival; record quantities and report any damage
• Use PPE and follow manual handling and health & safety procedures
• Pick and pack orders accurately to specifications

Requirements for a Fresh Produce Warehouse Operative

• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• Physically fit – heavy lifting is required
• Accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to work to picking targets
• Team player with good communication and basic numeracy.
