Details of a Production Operative

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Location: Northampton

Duration: Temp on going

Shift Pattern: Monday – Thursday

Hours: 0700 – 1715 or 0600 - 1615

Role of a Production Operative

• Building products on the assembly line
• Operate robotic machinery and automated production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from robotic workstations.
• Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Following safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
• Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.
• Reporting incidents, product imperfections on the assembly line
• Working with various hand tools
• Can involve heavy lifting
