SAP S/4HANA Delivery Manager

The Role:

We are seeking an accomplished SAP S/4 Project Manager to take ownership of complex transformation programs across SAP and cloud ecosystems. This role is accountable for driving large-scale initiatives from mobilisation through to value realisation, ensuring commercial, operational and client success.

You will operate at executive level, aligning business strategy with technology execution while leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams across distributed delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Leadership

• Own the end-to-end governance of enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA and cloud transformation programs.
  
• Translate organisational strategy into structured delivery roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
  
• Establish clear success metrics, reporting frameworks and governance models.
  

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

• Act as the primary escalation point for senior client stakeholders and internal executives.
  
• Facilitate steering committees and executive forums with clarity, transparency and influence.
  
• Build long-term strategic partnerships based on trust and delivery credibility.
  

Commercial & Financial Oversight

• Accountable for program financial performance, including forecasting, margin protection and change control governance.
  
• Oversee contractual obligations and ensure alignment between scope, commercials and delivery execution.
  
• Proactively manage risk exposure and dependencies across complex workstreams.
  

People & Capability Leadership

• Build and scale cross-functional teams across SAP, Salesforce and integration capabilities.
  
• Mentor senior delivery leaders and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  

About You

You are a seasoned transformation leader with a track record of delivering enterprise SAP programs within complex stakeholder environments.

You will bring:

• 10+ years’ experience leading large, multi-stream SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  
• Proven success managing hybrid delivery models across global teams.
  
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility on large engagements.
  
• Deep understanding of enterprise platforms including SAP S/4HANA
  
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence both executive and operational audiences.
  
• A leadership style grounded in collaboration, resilience and outcome ownership.
