WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As Proposal Manager you will play your part as a member of the Bid Management Community in contributing to first-class end-to-end solutions in your tasks. Working closely and collaboratively with the team, you will help support the ambition for growth and enhance the brand for a designated account. You will be responsible for the production and management of specific proposals including preparing proposals, attending client inception events, coordinating pricing, approvals, and stakeholder management. You will also be providing support for continuous improvement of the proposal process by identifying and responding to stakeholder needs both short and long-term to drive efficiencies and deliver consistent processes and tools.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
- A passion for change and proactively encouraging new ideas
- Excellent stakeholder engagement with the ability to interact, engage, influence, and have credibility at all levels
- Competent user of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook
