For our client, a medical devices company localized in Switzerland, we are looking for a:
Laboratory Technician
Permanent position - 100%
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Under minimal supervision, prepare resources for testing and execute activities according to
appropriate protocols
- Collect, organize and analyze experimental data using software and spreadsheet applications
- Perform general laboratory support tasks that may include cleaning equipment, ordering supplies,
handling of specimens, ensuring proper identification and sample integrity
- Organize daily task so that maximum efficiency is achieved
- Arrange for shipping and delivery of shipments (external contractors)
- Maintain the general organization and cleanliness of the laboratory
- Manage all the activities linked to the safety in the lab
- Assist with out of specification investigations
- Perform any other duties as reasonably requested from the Company
PROFILE
- Relevant diploma in Immunohematology, biology or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a lab environment
- Previous experience in a GMP / regulated environment
- Previous experience with an IVD product and/or immunohematology testing is an advantage
- Good PC skills with a good working knowledge of work processing, windows applications
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Must be autonomous
- French is mandatory and English proficiency
