As the Senior Financial Accountant you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead on preparing technical accounting papers for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the company are applying accounting standards correctly and consistently under IFRS
- Lead on the statutory accounts preparation process
- Develop a clear process for the company to research and resolve technical accounting issues
- Key contact for the statutory audit and corporation tax submission processes
- Provide guidance to finance team on current and emerging technical accounting issues
- Gain a clear understanding of the technical requirements
- Cover for Financial Controller as and when required
