Workshop Engineer in the heavy plant sector

Barnsley

Salary £12-£16 p/h DOE

40-hour week, plenty of OT opportunities at 1.5x

My client is an ever-expanding, leading dealer in heavy plant machinery. They are looking for engineers to join their exciting project and grow within their business. The ideal candidate would be a confident, flexible, hardworking engineer with a can-do attitude and willingness to work hard and make the most of the progression opportunities on offer.

Role & Responsibilities:

Engineers will be required to repair, service, maintain and perform PDI’s on their fleet of new and used Wheel loaders, excavators, dump trucks, loaders, telehandlers, dozers.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience of working on heavy plant machinery over 5 tonnes key
• Strong diagnostics skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulics systems.
• Strong work ethic and comfortable working alone and as a team.
