Sales academy opportunity to join an established software business expanding its UK sales operation, fast track career move into a BDM role.
The client is an established SaaS (Software as a Service) vendor serving the needs of HR Directors and Finance Directors of medium and large sized businesses across the UK in the specific area of employee benefits administration. They are currently looking to recruit a Junior Business Development Executive to their growing UK sales team.
You will be working in their fast paced sales environment in the dynamic sales team led by a newly appointed Head of Sales to take the company to the next level in the UK. The role is a development role and you will be given extensive training to be able to perform a mix of researching contacts online, inbound and outbound calls, setting up client meetings, database administration, email marketing campaigns, sales administration, attending industry events, reports and some marketing.
You will be someone who has that inquisitive nature that all superstar sellers possess. Degree educated with 6 – 18 months experience as an intern or in a lead generation, telesales, inside sales or cold calling environment where you have consistently been achieving targets but are looking for something more challenging that will enable you to move quickly into a BDM role within 12 - 24 months.
