In this role, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and private client offices.
• Provide expert tax advice, structuring, and intergenerational wealth planning solutions.
• Oversee compliance and advisory work, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals.
• Work closely with Partners on business development, client strategy, and firm leadership.
• Use your Xero expertise to manage client reporting and workflow processes efficiently.

About You:

We’re seeking a confident, relationship-driven professional who is looking for a long-term leadership career opportunity within a boutique firm.

To be successful, you will have:

• CPA (or CA) qualification.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and advisory experience, ideally in the private client / high-net-worth space.
• Solid working knowledge of Xero.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
