We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading utility company as Data Administrator, location is subject to agreement depending on home address as we have 6 depots across North London.  This is a temporary full-time 6-12 months contract starting immediately. Paying £26,416 / £12.70 per hour working 40 hours, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 16:30pm. Could be permanent for the right candidate!

Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Manager and Team
- Ensure support is provided to meet team's objectives and requirements
- Support the development, collation and production of Key Performance Indicators
- Work within and promote the philosophy of safe team working
- Broad knowledge of Cadent’s Core Policies and Procedures that impact the way we operate
- Facilitate and efficiently co-ordinate and administer projects the team is working on

Key responsibilities
- The Data Administrator will provide a range of administrative tasks to ensure that our data and reporting is accurate and timely in line with Cadent’s overall business objectives
- The role holder will plan their own workload, balancing conflicting priorities with minimal
- They must have good communicative skills both verbally and in written form, showing a good level of numeracy and verbal reasoning
- Gather, input, validate and interpret data from various sources including core systems and excel
- Provide support and guidance to field engineers in relation to data inputting and accuracy
- Update and maintain spreadsheets, reports and trackers with a high degree of accuracy
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure tasks are fulfilled within agreed timelines
- Escalation and involvement in resolution of issues as appropriate
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
