Export Customer Service Advisor - £8-8.50ph – Start 24^th July – 01905 20547

Pure Staff Ltd is currently recruiting 2 x export customer service advisors to work for a busy manufacturer based in the Bromsgrove Area.

The company are one of the world’s biggest manufacturers of retail goods in the world with factory’s in the UK, India and China. Day to day duties for an export customer service advisor will include –

• Sales order entry
• Preparing quotations
• Liaising with other factory’s (China and India)
• Negotiating rates with freight forwarders
• Work along the export sales team
• Taking calls and enquiries
• Checking documentation

Export customer service advisors with the following experience would be an advantage but not essential –

• Microsoft office suite including excel
• Sage 1000
• Export master
• Understanding of incoterms
• Export payment terms
