Are you looking to continue your Carpentry Apprenticeship?
We have an exciting opportunity for a 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice Carpenter to work with our client who constructs and remodels childcare centres and domestic homes.
With an interesting variety of work and jobs across Melbourne, we are looking for a motivated, committed and reliable person who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training and a certificate III in Building and Construction.
What will you be doing?
- Measuring, cutting and fixing material
- Moving materials
- Timber framing
- Reading drawings
- Digging
- Working at heights
What do you need for this role?
- An ability to undertake manual/physical work
- Punctuality, reliability and energetic
- Strong work ethic
- Good Maths & hand/eye skills
- Sound knowledge of WHS
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Driver’s Licence and own car
