THE COMPANY

Our Host Employer is a Nationally Accredited RTO operating for over 10 years specialising in the Health Industry. 


THE ROLE

A great opportunity to start your career in business gaining valuable experience, whilst gaining hands on industry experience in a supportive environment. As a Trainee, you will complete a Certificate 3 in Business over a 12-month period. You will be personable, friendly, professional, respectful, reliable, a fast learner and have high attention to detail.

DUTIES

As the first point of contact for potential students, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing sufficient information to potential students in a professional, supportive approach that encourages student enrolments.

  • Complete administration tasks including data entry, stationery orders, ordering and printing of course materials, photocopying, preparing correspondence, daily mail preparation, arranging catering
  • Front office receptionist duties including walk-in and phone enquiries
  • Review enrolment documentation including forms, ID and practice placement agreements

  • Check funding eligibility and funding requirements
  • Check and verify credit transfers
  • Conduct the ‘Pre-enrolment Review’
  • Enrol student on aXcelerate
  • Provide administration support to staff as requested.

  • Generate and post certificates

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A willingness to learn & work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
