MEGT are a not for profit organisation who specialise in making apprenticeships and traineeships happen! Our client are a well established air conditioning company who offer the highest standards to their clientele. They are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented candidate to join the team as a Front Desk Receptionist.

The Role

As a Customer Service Trainee you will be responsible for:

  • Answer inbound calls and email
  • Assist with on site collection of goods
  • Process receipts (EFTPOS, Cash and Cheque)
  • Sales order entry
  • Follow-up on sales order queries

Requirements

Our ideal candidate for this role will have the following;

  • Completed Year 12 (mandatory)
  • Drivers licence and car (mandatory)
  • Working within a customer facing role (desirable)
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook (mandatory)
