MEGT are a not for profit organisation who specialise in making apprenticeships and traineeships happen! Our client are a well established air conditioning company who offer the highest standards to their clientele. They are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented candidate to join the team as a Front Desk Receptionist.
The Role
As a Customer Service Trainee you will be responsible for:
- Answer inbound calls and email
- Assist with on site collection of goods
- Process receipts (EFTPOS, Cash and Cheque)
- Sales order entry
- Follow-up on sales order queries
Requirements
Our ideal candidate for this role will have the following;
- Completed Year 12 (mandatory)
- Drivers licence and car (mandatory)
- Working within a customer facing role (desirable)
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook (mandatory)
