They specialise in working with older people, those that experience disability, mental illness, as well as those who are at risk of homelessness.
The Role
As a Trainee Executive Assistant; some of your duties and skills will include;
- Provide administrative support to the EA and CEO
- Admin support to your colleagues
- Faxing, filing, photocopying, scanning etc
- Maintaining clean and safe office environment
- Previous experience in customer service
- Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication skills
- Enthusiasm to learn
- Positive work ethic
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Quick thinking
- Great team work skills
