THE COMPANY

Our Host Employer is the biggest and safest warehouse systems installation company in Australia, and they pride themselves on the quality of their work and their reliability to complete projects in the allotted time. They have been in operation in the racking and shelving industry since 1989. In this time, they have completed some of the largest installations in Australia.

THE ROLE

A great opportunity to start your career in business whilst gaining valuable hands on industry experience in a supportive environment. As a Trainee, you will complete a Certificate 3 in Business over a 12-month period (and get PAID!) You will be personable, friendly, professional, respectful, reliable, a fast learner and have high attention to detail.

DUTIES

  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Photocopying
  • Laminating
  • Answering the phone
  • Updating and sending out daily work schedule
  • Booking in labour hire
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Entering timesheets into system
  • Organising travel arrangements (flights, accommodation & car hire)
  • Organising hire equipment

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bright, bubbly and positive with a can-do attitude
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Drivers licence and car
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
