Affiliate Account Manager – Marbella, Spain (JID: 7683) Marbella, , Spain

Our client who has their office based in Southern Spain is looking for an experienced Affiliate Account Manager. You will manage and develop the top affiliates for the Group in the online casino and sportsbook sectors.
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness
  • Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners
  • Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network
  • Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns
  • Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of key affiliate partners
  • Represent the affiliate team at industry events and keep updated on industry trends
  • Manage key affiliates for the brands and nurture small to medium affiliates to increase
  • Work with the internal marketing team to grow the affiliate business within the market

 
Requirements:
 

  • Proven experience in account management and iGaming experience of affiliation
  • Great communicator
  • Methodical, numbers driven and well organized
  • Open and responsive problem-solving skills
  • Able to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Be proactive and motivate others when necessary
  • Positive and enthusiastic 'can-do attitude'
