Our Client is currently looking for a driven CRM employee who will help their fast growing team to set up great campaigns.


As a CRM Executive you have a key role in retaining their customers. This by getting to know and guiding players from registration into their online gaming experience through offering great online entertainment such as personalized promotions and campaigns. As a CRM employee it is your job to help build a brand relationship with the different player segments, to create and optimize their gaming experience.


Deliver relevant communication through the different communication channels with an innovative way of thinking and propagating our brand identity.
 
Responsibilities:

  • You manage the strategic quarterly CRM planning together with the CRM team
  • You define together with the CRM team the player segments and the player journeys in the different stages of their life cycle
  • You set up promotions and personalized campaigns and you communicate and publish them.
  • You analyze the onsite promotions and campaigns to optimize player satisfaction and retention
  • You write the copy of the communication that will be sent to all our players
  • You write the promotion and campaign conditions taking into account company interests and campaign goals
  • You conduct A/B tests to optimize our offer to our players
  • You have an eye for detail and use common sense
  • You work closely with customer service, in particular, so that they can explain the campaigns and solve problems if you have any questions
  • You work closely with the risk & fraud team in order to have a good understanding of the possibilities of abuse and exploitation of our games and bonus systems and thus to be able to implement a safe campaign policy

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or similar
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM or an equivalent position
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about sports and/or casino
  • Proven experience in delivering end-to-end CRM campaigns across different communication channels
  • High level of attention to detail, creative thinking and open to change
  • Data-minded and curious about customer and gaming behaviour
  • Optimistic, solution-oriented and open-minded
  • Strong team player, ready to provide support and help when needed
  • Collaborative in your approach and good at building strong working relationships
  • Experience with email marketing service providers or customer data platforms (experience with Optimove is a big plus)
