Salary: EUR1000 - EUR1100 per annum + Relocation package, food and transport

English Speaking Customer Service Representatives

TaskUs is currently growing across Europe into Thessaloniki, Greece, the beautiful port city located on the Aegan Sea.  This gorgeous city is rich in history, breathtaking views, and fun nightlife! 

Through brilliant people, innovative technology, and operational excellence, TaskUs is the rocket fuel behind some of the soaring successes our clients have experienced! We are looking for fantastic customer service teammates to join us on this incredible journey in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • Impeccable bilingual communication, writing skills, and phone etiquette
  • Demonstrates knowledge of streaming services through different devices such as Google Chrome, AppleTV, PCs, and tablets
  • Problem-solving-- demonstrates  the ability to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all customers by email, chat, or phone
  • Acts as a confident team player, demonstrating an eagerness to help others
  •  Ability to multi-task--researches, reviews issues and communicates effective solutions
  • Demonstrates empathy with customers as we determine a solution to their needs
  • Work a flexible schedule 5 days/week including some weekends and evenings

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English C1 communication, written and oral
  • Demonstrated skill using Google Suite Applications, with moderate-level expertise in Excel required.
  • Minimum typing of 35 words per minute
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
