Interim HR Manager

12 month FTC

Hull based

Full time

Up to £40k.

September start

 

As the HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers a high quality and effective service across the full spectrum of HR, with a focus on Employee Relations.

 

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

  • Work autonomously to support managers with ER casework.
  • Monitor staff absence including identifying employees who have hit absence review points.
  • Attend monitoring meetings, supporting leaders to have effective conversations.
  • Undertake absence related referrals as required.
  • Support leaders in implementing organisational changes.

 

We are looking for:

 

  • Excellent experience managing ER cases form start to finish.
  • Proven background working closely with managers, giving advice and guidance on ER related matters.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ideally experience gained within Education or similar.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.

 

We are looking for a September start date to support with a maternity leave cover.
