We are partnering with a well-established, fast-paced organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR function and support the delivery of key business objectives.

 

This is a broad, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to support strategic people objectives
  • Provide expert HR advice across the full employee lifecycle
  • Lead on employee relations matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Coach and support managers to build capability, engagement, and performance
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Design and deliver training and development workshops
  • Manage, develop, and performance manage the HR team
  • Ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and commercially focused

 

About you:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Experience gained within Professional Services - Essential
  • Proven HR generalist experience in a leadership role
  • Strong employee relations and performance management expertise
  • Confident influencing and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Commercially aware, resilient, and solutions-focused
