HR Operations Manager

Leeds city centre – 3 days a week onsite

Up to £50k

Full time and Permanent

As the HR Operations Manager, you will ensure the day-to-day delivery of HR operations is delivered to a high standard, as well supporting the wider business.  

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Take responsibility for all HR operations and ensure effective and compliant delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR Systems, processes and governance.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain HR policies.
• Support with the processing of monthly payroll inputting and checking.
• Support with management of ER casework.

We are looking for:

• Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of UK Employment Law with proven experience managing ER cases.
• Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified.
• Ideally experience gained with professional services – not essential.
• Experience checking payroll information and liaising with Payroll teams.
