Plater required for an established engineering company based in Ripley. Plater must b confident in producing bespoke orders for the Nuclear, MOD and food industries.
Plater Job Description –
- Confident working from complex engineering drawings
- Marking out and cutting material, producing weld preps where required, drilling and tack welding into complete assemblies.
- Working with stainless, aluminium and duplex
- Working with gauges 1.5mm – 60mm
- General house-keeping
- Working with engineering machinery including fabrication machinery drills, power and hand tools
Plater Essential Experience –
- Apprentice or City and Guilds Qualified
- Previous coding’s
Plater Package –
- Up to £36500 per annum
- Day shifts – Monday – Thursday 0730 – 1630 Friday – 0730 – 1230
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays
- Onsite parking
- Overtime paid at a premium
