What you'll be doing:

• Developing and growing new business opportunities
• Building strong relationships with clients over the phone and face-to-face
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals
• Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities
• Delivering excellent customer service and account management

 
What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, outbound calling, telesales, retail sales, estate agency, automotive sales or a similar target-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A resilient and positive attitude
• Confidence in making outbound calls and developing new business
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Competitive nature and ambition to maximise earnings
