Duties and Responsibilities: -



  • Taking and processing all sales orders within the required timescale over the telephone

  • Ensuring correct delivery dates for the customers are met

  • Responsible for invoicing

  • Checking outstanding delivery notes and chasing stock updates

  • Liaising with other departments within the business and external suppliers

  • Arranging booking slots for direct deliveries from suppliers to customers

  • Maintaining all filing of invoices & credit notes

  • Reporting any stock issues to relevant departments

  • Other general administration duties
