The Opportunity:

We are seeking an available Construction Manager who is looking for their next opportunity based here in PERTH. This position will manage multiple end to end commercial projects.
- This position will assist in the prompt delivery of numerous million-dollar projects. This position will be based in the metro area with site travel 2 -3 days per week. COMMERCIAL AND NPI projects. The ideal candidate will be a registered builder and experienced in commercial building.
This is an opportunity to build upon your existing project experience while being part of Excellent career progression, opportunity to step up to Operations Manager.
The Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management
- 8+years’ exposure to civil construction OR infrastructure projects
- Proficiency with QA processes, testing and documentation.
- Experience in managing sub-contractors & liaising with the client
- A pro-active, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running
- Positive references from previous employers, demonstrating a stable employment history
- Diploma of Building (Registered Builder - Advantageous)
