The Company:
A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Accountant or Finance Business Partner to step into a Finance Manager role within a purpose-led Not-For-Profit. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will oversee day-to-day financial operations while supporting budgeting, reporting, compliance and strategic planning. A major focus will be leading the operational delivery of a new finance system implementation to improve efficiency and modernise finance processes. This role will be key in shifting the business' thinking around finance, taking them on a journey of change and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring GL integrity, accurate reconciliations and strong internal controls.
- Prepare management reports, cashflow updates and budget variance analyses, supporting board and executive reporting.
- Coordinate annual budgeting, multi-year forecasting and provide financial guidance to program managers.
- Manage statutory compliance obligations and oversee external audit preparation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing clear insights, modelling and hands-on support.
- Lead operational delivery of the new finance system, including data migration, UAT, process redesign and staff training.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance + CPA/CA qualification. Big4 Audit background favourable.
- 10+ years’ experience in senior accounting, management accounting or finance business partnering roles.
- Strong capability across financial reporting, budgeting, audit preparation and internal controls.
- Approachable, personable and service-oriented, with the ability to support non-finance teams effectively.
- Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative working style.
