We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a high-performing corporate finance team on a 12-month contract. This role will play a key part in driving business performance through financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights at the Group level.

You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to provide meaningful insights, develop robust financial models, and support decision-making across a diverse and complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of group financial performance, identifying trends, variances, risks and opportunities.

  • Build, refine and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.

  • Deliver scenario analysis and performance dashboards, providing actionable insights for executives and business leaders.

  • Collaborate with business units to improve efficiency, profitability and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Support capital program evaluation, including business case reviews, post-implementation analysis and recommendations on capital allocation.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring processes, reporting and data integrity are best-in-class.

About You:

  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with strong FP&A, management reporting or corporate finance experience.

  • Proven track record within large, complex, preferably multi-division or multi-currency organisations.

  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; exposure to BI/visualisation tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) advantageous.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – confident engaging with senior leaders.

  • A proactive, driven finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
