- Excellent knowledge of Excel: advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions (assessment included).
- Comfortable working in a small organization; proactive, autonomous, and confident interacting with management.
- Strong ability to quickly understand processes and propose improvements.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a desire to make a tangible impact on a daily basis.
Offer
- Attractive gross salary of up to €5,000, depending on experience.
- Company car + fuel card.
- €150 net expense allowance.
- 32 days of annual leave.
- Meal vouchers and a full package of extra-legal benefits.
- Possibility of 1 day of remote work per week (up to 2–3 days for highly autonomous profiles).
- A stimulating work environment within a Belgian brewery that blends tradition, modernity, and future transformation projects.
- A key, highly varied role with real responsibility in day-to-day financial steering.
