A well-established industrial player in the Brussels area, this company of around a hundred employees manufactures and distributes technical equipment for a European professional client base. It has shown steady growth over the past few years and continues to invest : which translates into genuinely interesting financial projects to drive.

The finance department is lean and directly connected to general management. It's an environment where numbers truly inform decisions, and where the Financial Controller has a voice that matters. The offices are located in Brussels, easily accessible by car and public transport.



Your responsibilities

You act as the CFO's right hand across the full financial scope of the company, with a strong focus on analysis and performance management.

  • Overseeing monthly and annual closings and coordinating with external auditors.
  • Building and monitoring the annual budget and forecasts, in close collaboration with operational managers.
  • Producing financial reporting for senior management and the parent company, including variance analysis.
  • Tracking profitability by product or activity and contributing to investment decisions (CAPEX).
  • Continuously improving reporting tools and internal financial processes.


The ideal profile

Education: Master's degree in finance, accounting, management or economics.

Experience: Between 5 and 10 years of experience in a controlling or financial analysis role, ideally in an industrial or multi-site environment. You are equally comfortable with closings and budget management, and you are used to engaging directly with senior leadership.

Languages: You are professionally fluent in English and in French or Dutch.

  • A strong communicator, able to translate financial topics for non-finance stakeholders.
