Your role & responsibilities
As a Senior FP&A Business Partner, you play a key role in supporting decision-making and driving financial performance across the organization.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Preparing and analyzing monthly financial results, including variances versus budget and forecast.
- Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles in collaboration with business and department leaders.
- Providing financial insights, KPIs, and dashboards to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Improving reporting tools and processes using Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Acting as a trusted business partner for Sales, Operations, and Corporate Finance.
- Delivering ad hoc analyses and business cases to support growth and investment projects.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Business Finance.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel / Power BI skills.
- Fluent in English, with a strong command of French and Dutch.
- Analytical, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong business mindset.
