Due to an increase in customer demand in our clients business, they are now recruiting for a E&I Engineer to join their team in the Warrington Area on a 4on4off based position.

 

Role Description

  • Working in a large engineering team to attend to breakdowns throughout the shift, ensuring plant is down for the least time possible.
  • Ensuring all PMs allocated are completed and followed up with any feedback to the engineering planner.
  • Ensuring the correct escalation process is followed in the event of an out of hours problem occurring.
  • Following up problems and developing solutions in cooperation with the Lead Engineer.
    Responsible for safe work of themselves and others whilst work is undertaken, and to ensure equipment is made safe for use.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • HNC Electrical / Electronic Engineering
  • Experienced and skilled with motor controls (3 phase and single phase), inverter speed controls.
  • Ability to interrogate PLCs
  • Instrumentation experience of process flow, pressure, and temperature measurements
    Knowledge of gas burner control systems. safety devices, burner ignitions and set ups are desirable
