Join an established GP-owned practice that has been operating for almost 10 years and is looking to add another General Practitioner due to strong patient demand. A female GP is particularly sought after and could build a full patient book quickly, with the practice offering a supportive and collegiate environment.

The Practice
The practice is privately billed and supported by three highly skilled practice nurses, onsite pathology and a chemist within the building. Doctors use Best Practice and have access to a paid AI scribe, with allied health including a dietitian and physiotherapist. There is also access to specialist advice across respiratory and sleep medicine, paediatrics, colorectal surgery, orthopaedics and pain/addiction medicine.

• 68–70% of billings, with flexibility depending on experience and weekend commitment
• Approximately $180/hour income guarantee, negotiable

The practice is close to Cronulla and its famous beaches, making it an excellent option for doctors who enjoy surfing, swimming and coastal living. Kirrawee also offers convenient access to local shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport, with the train station providing direct connections towards Sydney CBD.

The Criteria

• Specialist or General AHPRA Registration
• General Practitioner with strong general practice experience
• Female General Practitioner preferred
• Interest in procedural medicine, women's health or skin procedures advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively within a GP-owned practice
