Receptionist / Administrator (JN -052025-62704) Loughborough, England

Salary: GBP13 - GBP13.5 per hour

We’re on the lookout for an Administrator / Receptionist to join our client based in Loughborough on a full-time, temp to perm basis.

Salary: £13 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience).

 

The Role:

As an Administrator / Receptionist, you will support our client’s different business functions through a variety of administrative tasks and reception duties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Ordering equipment including stationary, first aid supplies, office supplies

·      Reception duties including answering the telephone and meeting visitors, and helping with the visitor IT software system

·      Assist project and contract managers with paperwork and administration

·      Assist with the monitoring, checking and distributing emails from general inboxes

·      Administrating the customer satisfaction questionnaires and keeping KPIs

·      Admin support for the Production team, including filing quality records

·      Admin support for HR including booking rooms for training, updating training matrix and electronic folders

·      Maintain risk assessment register

·      Issue key lockers and fobs

·      Additional administrative duties to support the team as and when requested

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional and friendly manner when dealing with visitors and customers.
