We’re on the lookout for a Welder to join our expanding client based in Loughborough on a full time, permanent basis.

Salary: £14.50 - £15.50 per hour (depending on experience).

Hours: 07:00 – 15:30 Monday – Thursday and 06:00 – 14:30 on Friday.

The Role:

As a Welder, you will have experience using MIG techniques with knowledge and understanding of sheet metal work. This position would be well suited with someone who has experience in Welding but keen to learn and develop their skills. This is a high production welding position and therefore, speed and accuracy are important. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld metal components according to specifications and drawings.
• Assemble parts and structures using various welding techniques.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience with MIG welding.
