Administrator (JN -062025-62918) Loughborough, England

We’re recruiting for an Administrator to join our well established and respected client based in Loughborough on a full-time, temp to perm basis.

Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience).

 

The Role:

As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support and reception duties supporting Sales, Estimating and the Contract teams with a variety of administrative tasks. Using Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word and Excel to help perform duties.

 

Job Description:

  • Answer phone
  • Meeting visitors
  • Input enquiries for house builders, counter and residential
  • Complete drawing and design register
  • Upload and download to customer portals
  • O&M manuals
  • Copy, print and issuing residential drawing for manufacture
  • Input and update transport sheet
  • Print and collate delivery notes
  • Update financial meeting minutes
  • Collate and file health and safety docs, RAMS, sign off sheets, contractor handovers.
  • Updated contract risk register
  • Collate and file site reports
  • Other day to day admin duties, issuing reports, arrange teams meeting etc.

 

 Personal Qualities:

  • Professional and friendly with good telephone manner to greet customers and visitors.
  • Proactive with ability to carry out responsibilities, work off own initiative with minimal supervision and work as part of close-knit team.
  • Excellent communication skills – internally with other departments, externally with suppliers and customers.

 

Job requirements:   

  • Have an efficient and organised mind and ability to work well with others
  • Multi-tasking and adaptability
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional and friendly manner when dealing with visitors and customers.
