We’re recruiting for an Administrator to join our well established and respected client based in Loughborough on a full-time, temp to perm basis.
Salary: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience).
The Role:
As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support and reception duties supporting Sales, Estimating and the Contract teams with a variety of administrative tasks. Using Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word and Excel to help perform duties.
Job Description:
- Answer phone
- Meeting visitors
- Input enquiries for house builders, counter and residential
- Complete drawing and design register
- Upload and download to customer portals
- O&M manuals
- Copy, print and issuing residential drawing for manufacture
- Input and update transport sheet
- Print and collate delivery notes
- Update financial meeting minutes
- Collate and file health and safety docs, RAMS, sign off sheets, contractor handovers.
- Updated contract risk register
- Collate and file site reports
- Other day to day admin duties, issuing reports, arrange teams meeting etc.
Personal Qualities:
- Professional and friendly with good telephone manner to greet customers and visitors.
- Proactive with ability to carry out responsibilities, work off own initiative with minimal supervision and work as part of close-knit team.
- Excellent communication skills – internally with other departments, externally with suppliers and customers.
Job requirements:
- Have an efficient and organised mind and ability to work well with others
- Multi-tasking and adaptability
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Professional and friendly manner when dealing with visitors and customers.
