Salary: GBP28378 - GBP28392 per annum

We’re recruiting for an Administrator / Receptionist to join our well-established client in Loughborough on a permanent basis.

Salary: £28,392 per annum.

Hours: 39 hours per week working 07:45 – 16:45 Monday – Thursday and 07:45 – 14:15 Friday (part time candidates also considered).

 

The Role:

As an Administrator / Receptionist, you will provide general administrative and reception support for our client, helping with the smooth running of day-to-day office activity, internal communications, company events and business support tasks.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ordering office supplies, stationery and first aid supplies as required.
  • Reception duties, including answering the telephone, greeting visitors and supporting with the visitor sign-in system.
  • Monitoring, checking and distributing emails from company email addresses, including enquiries, sales and careers.
  • Providing general administration support to the Production team, including scanning, filing and maintaining records.
  • Supporting portals and pre-qualification documents where needed.
  • Creating signage and updating notice board information.
  • Issuing key lockers and fobs, maintaining the tracker and receiving items back from leavers.
  • Supporting LinkedIn activity by helping to prepare and post company updates.
  • Updating company presentations and business templates when required.
  • Supporting long service monitoring, awards and employee engagement communications.
  • Taking meeting minutes on an ad hoc basis where required.
  • Supporting the booking and administration of company events.
  • Arranging passenger bookings, exhibition bookings and event attendance requirements.
  • Booking hotels and travel arrangements where required.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
  • Confident using IT systems and able to learn new systems where required.
  • Good attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
  • Professional and welcoming manner, with a friendly approach to visitors, customers and colleagues.
  • Organised, accurate and able to manage a range of admin tasks.
