About the opportunity:

As the HR Systems Analyst, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the organisation’s People Systems are well governed, continuously improved and aligned with business needs.

With a broad focus across project coordination, governance, process improvement and HRIS support, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both people and technology.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate HR and Payroll People Systems projects
• Coordinate system testing, including UAT, SIT and regression testing
• Maintain People Systems governance, documentation and audit processes
• Identify opportunities to improve HR and Payroll processes, systems and ways of working
• Support SAP SuccessFactors releases, system upgrades and issue resolution

About you

You’re a tech-savvy, structured and analytical professional who enjoys improving processes and working with systems. You’ll ideally bring:

• Strong SuccessFactors, Workday or Dayforce experience
• Experience in a similar HRIS role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining systems/processes.
