About the opportunity
Join a high-impact 13-month parental leave contract where you'll strategic HR initiatives, and make a genuine impact from day one. Reporting to the Group General Manager of People & Culture, you'll be mentored by an experienced leader while driving people strategy, coaching leaders, and influencing business outcomes across a broad, commercially focused Business Partner role.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to deliver commercial people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead strategic People & Culture projects and support key business initiatives.
- Coach and advise leaders across performance, talent, succession planning, engagement and change management.
- Build leadership capability through coaching, development and practical HR guidance.
- Manage complex employee relations matters and investigations, while providing escalation support for day-to-day ER.
- Use HR data and insights to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
About you
- Proven experience as a People & Culture Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
- Strong employee relations experience, with confidence managing complex case work and coaching leaders.
- Comfortable using HR data and insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
