Our client, a leading global cyber security organisation, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support key members of their Executive Leadership Team including the CFO, CPO, and Managing Director.

About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted advisor and operational right hand to the CFO, CPO, and MD. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the opportunity to be made permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and prioritise complex calendars, travel, and meetings
- Act as a gatekeeper and partner to ensure alignment with leadership objectives
- Own the execution and follow-through of high-level meetings, agendas, and action items
- Support budgeting, purchase orders, and expense compliance
- Oversee logistics for quarterly offsites, town halls, and senior leadership events
- Manage vendor relationships, office assets, catering, and supplies
- Drive cultural initiatives and promote team engagement across business units
- Exercise sound judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism at all levels
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional calendar, travel, and workflow management skills
- Ability to anticipate needs, think strategically, and drive business priorities
- Experience leading or mentoring admin teams highly desirable
- Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent communication, discretion, and stakeholder management skills
