Key Responsibilities

As a Teamwear Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in providing support within the Teamwear department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering specifications for custom teamwear orders
• Advising customers on production lead times for both local and overseas orders
• Providing costings and quotes for teamwear products
• Inputting and managing orders
• Raising purchase orders and placing online orders with local suppliers
• Collaborating with the graphic design team to create or modify artwork per customer requests
• Monitoring freight arrivals and dispatch timelines, keeping customers informed
• Developing strong relationships with key customers and identifying opportunities for new business
• Managing the enquiries regarding orders

Requirements:

• Experience in custom-made apparel is essential
• Background in customer service or sales administration
• Familiarity with Sage is a plus
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Ability to thrive under pressure and work collaboratively in a team environment
