About the role:

The Executive Assistant will provide top-tier professional administrative support to the C-suite while also offering general administrative assistance to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expense reconciliation
  • Calendar management
  • Travel and accommodation booking
  • Produce high quality documents (including presentations)
  • Coordinating reporting schedules and reporting requirements for the team
  • Co-ordinate and plan events as per the calendar of events and on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes for various internal and external meetings. Follow up matters arising on behalf of the Director when required
  • Ad-hoc administrative support such as maintaining data systems, filing, photocopying, data entry etc.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organised with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with limited supervision, to exercise initiative, problem solve, set priorities and to work within required timelines
  • Demonstrated integrity, resilience and commitment to pursue organisational goals in a changing environment
  • Highly developed computer literacy skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Ability to demonstrate discretion at all times
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable team player with a can-do attitude
