We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to provide accurate and efficient support to the Manager of Payroll & Workers Compensation. This role focuses on processing, tracking, and reconciling financial data, ensuring accuracy across claims, invoices, and payroll-related records. You’ll work closely with the Injury Management Specialist to manage documentation, update systems, and maintain compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial and administrative support to the Manager of Payroll & Workers Compensation.
• Process, reconcile, and track invoices related to claims management and early intervention programs.
• Enter and maintain accurate claims data, medical certificates, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in collecting and verifying payroll-related data for new claims.
• Maintain and update the internal claims and injury management system.
• Submit accurate documentation to insurers and agents within required timeframes.
• Support incident notifications and assist with documentation requirements.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in financial administration, payroll, or accounts support.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, data entry, and basic formula functions.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a process-driven environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
